September 22 is the first day of fall. It’s also the first day of Westminster’s Fall Festival. Autumn lasts 50-some days but this festival only runs through September 24. So, get over to Westminster’s Civic Center that weekend and enjoy a carnival, live entertainment, children’s activities, craft vendors, and “The Taste of Winchester.” Hours are 5 pm-10 pm (Friday), 12 pm-10 pm (Saturday) and 12 pm-9 pm (Sunday).
