The UVSA (Union of Vietnamese Student Associations of Southern California) brings this popular festival to Garden Grove Park. From January 31-February 2, this event offers a vibrant salute to Vietnamese culture – along with the arrival of the Year of the Snake. Highlights include a Vietnamese cultural village, the Miss Vietnam of Southern California pageant, and an exciting New Years firecracker show.
