The City’s Recreation Division and its Police Services Department are hosting these two family-geared events all on one day – October 28 from 2 pm-6 pm. The indoor Spooktacular includes a big Halloween maze, crafts, games, entertainment, and treats for youngsters. A Trunk-or-Treat is an outdoor highlight along with a Kids’ costume parade (at 5 pm). Representatives from the Bomb Squad, K-9 Unit, and the Mounted Patrol will be making appearances too.
