Halloween at the City of Orange Libraries

Kids (ages 3-12) can drop in at the Taft Branch Library October 23-28 to create some Halloween-flavored crafts. Library hours are 10 am-8 pm Monday-Wednesday and 10 am-6 pm Thursday-Sunday. An all-ages Halloween Spooktacular happens at the Main Branch October 28 (1 pm-3 pm) with treats, spooky crafts and “Haunted Halls” (that might be too spooky for little ones). Costumes are welcome.
