Cooking in the City with Marukome

Pretend City welcomes back Irvine-based representatives from the Japanese Miso superstars, Marukome. On January 11, they will be preparing a seasonal dish that is good for winter, or any time of the year. youngsters can see how a healthy, flavorful broccoli salad with miso dressing is made – and sample a taste too!!
