For the 16th year, the city of Seal Beach sponsors this event that challenges you to “be more healthy.” This free community expo aims to inspire people to make choices that will lead to living a healthier life. What are these choices? Well, you will have to go down to the Eisenhower Park and the Seal Beach Pier on May 20 between 9 am-1 pm.
