  the city’s summer concerts. The series starts at the Pier on July 10 wi
 th Tunnelvision and continues there July 17 with the Kelly Boyz. July 24
 ’s concert with Wigs &amp\; Ties happens at Linda Lane Park\, before ret
 urning to the Pier with Family Style (July 31) and the Wheeland Brothers (
