DESCRIPTION:This cultural celebration returns to the OC Fairgrounds this Ap
 ril with a “Cherry Blossom” edition of this popular fair. The three-da
 y fest lets visitors experience Japanese culture through food\, learning\,
  entertainment\, and shopping. Presentations range from cosplay to tuna cu
 tting. Performances include traditional music to contemporary acts. Fair h
