DESCRIPTION:It is fiesta time in Santa Ana again! This celebration salutes 
 the independence of various Latin American countries as well as celebratin
 g local residents representing those cultures. The Fiesta\, which happens 
 September 16-17 on Flower Street between Civic Center Drive and Santa Ana 
 Boulevard\, includes a street fair\, live music\, carnival rides\, cultura
 l exhibitors\, and food vendors. The popular parade\, by the way\, is held
  on the 17th from 3 pm-5 pm.
