 ma’s Central Park on December 4 with a memorable tree lighting. Santa’
 s Village opens up at 4:30 pm and there will be arts and crafts\, a letter
  to Santa station\, and performances by local students. Mr. and Mrs. Claus
  will arrive before the 5:30 pm tree lighting ceremony so families will ha
