DESCRIPTION:For over three-quarters of a century\, the Costa Mesa-Newport H
 arbor Lions Club has been throwing this event\, and it returns this year t
 o Costa Mesa’s Lions Park &amp\; Luke Davis Field. The three-day festiva
 l presents carnival rides\, games\, live music\, vendor booths\, and oppor
 tunity drawings. And\, of course\, the fish diners. Hours are 5 pm-10 pm J
 une 23\, 11 am-10 pm June 24\, 11 am-9 pm June 25. All proceeds benefit lo
 cal charities.
