Youngsters who give a hoot about owls should gather in a group (or a “parliament,” as owls would) at the OC Zoo this month. The zoo hosts an owl-centered class for ages 5-6 on November 4 and for ages 7-10 on November 18. The classes, which are both held 10 am-11:30 am, involve owl-themed crafts and owl education (including the exploration of owl pellets). Call 714-973-6846 for required registration.
