Gardening Workshops in the Great Park

Children (ages 5-11) can dig into the “Wonderful World of Worms” at the Great Park’s Farm + Food Lab on September 10 (11 am-12:30 pm). This educational hands-on class includes a worm farm tour, a take-home worm farm starter kit, and other worm-related items. Meanwhile, a September 9 Gardening Workshop (10:30 am-11:30 am) lets participants (ages 12 and up) learn about soil, amendments, mulch, and fertilizer.
