“Free” is the key word for the city’s Movie In The Park program. Attendees can indulge in free popcorn, free candy, and free activities. Plus, there is the free film: Turning Red, which will be shown in Cliff Drive Park on August 18 (7 pm-9 pm). Meanwhile, the Tijuana Dogs perform their energizing blend of rock, dance, and party music on the Civic Center Green August 20 (6 pm-7:30 pm).
